What is the maximum capacity of Four?
- Entire club: 300 standing
- VIP Room: 50 (30 seated +20 standing)
- Bar balcony 20 (10 seated +10 standing)
- We have various-sized booths that can be booked for smaller groups.
- We can hire conference seating for the main room for 60 people.
Are there customisable event packages available?
We can host any event size and style. Please get in touch with your event needs so we can tailor something that suites your budget and expectations.
How do I check the availability of dates for hosting an event?

Are there options for alcohol and bar services?
We provide a range of options:
- Full open bar (basic & premium options)
- Welcome drinks (custom branded cocktails available)

Is there parking available on-site or nearby? If so, is there a cost associated?
There is no on-site parking. We are located in the main square and close to public transport and public parking. The nearest private parking is Parking Strzeżony, 650m from the venue, costing 8zl / €1.7 per hour.
Can we bring in outside caterers or do we have to use the club’s in-house catering?

We work with multiple catering companies and accept outside caterers. There is no extra cost for this.
What security measures are in place?
Our club has a dedicated professional security team and security system, and our managers have first-aid training.
Are there breakout rooms or spaces available for smaller group sessions?
We have our main room and one smaller room for up to 50 people.
Can we incorporate live music or entertainment into our event?
Four has a DJ set up and a slightly raised stage with the ability for a life band to set up and play. Or any other live-entertainment.
Are there restrictions on decorations or branding displays?
There are no restrictions when hiring the entire venue or the entire VIP room.
How early can we access the venue for setup on the day of the event?
Four is available from 09:00 am onwards.
Is there a cancellation policy or associated fees?
The policy depends on the size of the event. Generally, we do not offer any refunds but try to accommodate for extreme circumstances.
Is the venue accessible for guests with disabilities?
Only the VIP Room, as the rest of the venue is located down two flights of stairs.
What post-event cleanup or teardown responsibilities will we have?
We handle all the cleaning and teardown so you can enjoy your event.
Is there Wi-Fi available, and can it handle high-traffic use?
We have high-speed cable internet and multiple wi-fi routers available for all guests.
Can we conduct a site visit or walkthrough before booking?
Yes, we can show you around the venue at a time that suits you.
What are the payment terms and accepted methods of payment?
Payment can be made via card or bank transfer and we offer vat invoices.
